The gym will be closed Monday the 26th for Memorial Day. Regular scheduled classes will be held Saturday, May 24th.
New summer hours and schedule are in effect on June 2nd.
New classes for all levels:
The Pit Saturday 8:15am
The Pit is a vigorous workout in the courtyard's sand pit. Class combines plyometrics, sprint drills, and overall endurance. Bring your sunglasses and running shoes that you don't mind getting dirty.
Wind Wednesday 5:30pm
The Wind class will focus on endurance, agility, and speed. Wear your running shoes!
Please make note our Drills class has been cancelled till further notice.
Summer gym hours:
Monday-Thursday 10am-8pm
Friday 4pm-7pm
Saturday 8am-1pm
