The One hour test: Find a trainer, write your drills and get to work! This test is 60 minutes straight through with no breaks! The last 15 minutes of you test a trainer will step in to push you to the end!
The Twelve Rounds of Sparring: Yes, 12 rounds of sparring with a new sparring partners rotating in every 3-4 rounds. This is a 12 round test: 3 minutes rounds and
1 minute rest.
