All classes are 60 minutes with the exception of the Focus Class, which is 90 minutes.

*Hours and class schedules are subject to change.  No member will be admitted to class after a 5 minute grace period.

*Participants must be 18 years of age or older to attend regularly scheduled classes with the exception of TEEN class.

*Pre-registration is required.

Intro Class

 

This class is required for individuals that have not trained in boxing before.  Intro class runs every Wednesday at 6:30 pm and once a month on Saturdays at 10:30 pm.  This class will show you the basics: Fighting stance, jab, cross, hook , and basic defense moves.  Pre-registration is required.  Call 612-822-1964 or email to register.

Bag

For all levels. Members work on technique and form with various boxing equipment.

Thursdays 6:30 




Circuit

 

This class is for all levels and features work on the heavy bags, speed bags, uppercut bags, double-ended bags, medicine balls, and jump rope.

 

Mondays: NOON

Wednesdays: NOON and 6:00

Saturdays: 10:00




Instructor’s Choice

 

For all levels.  The instructor will choose what class they want to teach…be prepared!

 

Mondays: 5:00

Tuesdays: NOON

Wednesdays: 5:00

Thursdays: NOON

Fridays: 5:30




Kick

 

This class combines American Boxing with several of the martial arts such as Maui Thai and more.

 

Tuesdays: 6:00

Thursdays: 6:00




Build & Burn

 

For all levels-no boxing equipment or hand wraps are required.  This class concentrates on interval training by combining jump rope and other cardio conditioning with weights for a full-body workout.

Focus 101*

For members that want to get into Focus class, but need a little more pad work. Class will be held one Tuesday per month at 6:30pm. See website for selected date. Pre-registration required—available on website or through gym.

 




Focus**

This class is for members that have taken at least 6 of the other boxing classes. This 90 minute class concentrates on offensive and defensive skills. 

Mondays: 6:30

Wednesdays: 6:30

Saturdays: 9:00 AM




Focus/Body**


Advanced 90 minute high-paced class that concentrates on upper and lower body drills. Instructor’s approval required.

 




Drills**

 

Advanced level.  This class will prepare you for sparring.  Full equipment and trainer’s approval required.  Members must have a formed mouth guard in order to participate.

 

Wednesdays: 5:30




Sparring**

 

Members must qualify for this program and have their USA Boxing papers.  Need trainer’s approval.

 

Mondays: 5:30

Tuesdays: 5:30

Thursdays: 5:30




Teen/All

 

For teens ages 8-17, specialized training for fitness and basic boxing skills.

 

Saturdays: NOON




Teen 2**

 

For advanced teens who have participated in more than four of the Saturday/teen classes.

 

Tuesdays: 7:00

Thursdays: 7:00




Teen Sparring

 

Members must qualify for this program and have their USA Boxing papers.  Need trainers approval.
